Registration asks for your name, 10-digit national ID (CI), email and password. Passwords are stored as hashes. We retain account and verification data, top-up and quote requests, confirmed transactions and support communications. The contact form uses your email, optional company and message; the emailed message includes your IP address and submission time. Security checks also use the IP address to limit attempts.
We use this information to manage and verify accounts, respond to requests, verify payments and transactions, provide support and protect the website against abuse. Payments take place on Deuna, outside this website. The website records requests and amounts and asks you to email your receipt for verification.
