Pricing and payment
All amounts are in US dollars (USD). Free: USD 0/month. Pro: USD 9.99/month. Business: individual quote confirmed by email before payment.
Payments are made manually through Deuna using the QR code or payment link in your account. Each payment must be between USD 2 and USD 200. After paying, send your receipt and request number to info@ruta-segura.ec. Your balance updates after payment verification. Sending a receipt is for payment reconciliation and does not activate VPN access. After your payment is confirmed, select Pro and request activation in your account. We email your VPN key or configuration, application download link and setup instructions to your registered email. Free activation uses the same button without a payment.
Before purchasing, contact info@ruta-segura.ec if you need help receiving your access. Renewal is manual. Cancellation stops renewal, with access until the end of the paid period. Refund requests and processing each have a 14-calendar-day period; see the full policy for details. See Payment Policy, Payment Cancellation, Dispute Resolution and Refund Policy.
